There are literally hundreds of vehicle exporters in Japan. We are going to take a hard look at why SASTRAD is unlike the others.
1. First language is English. The office operates in English. The owner is an English-speaking Canadian. This helps eliminate any miscommunication due to a poor understanding of English. Most exporters are not native English speakers, even if they pretend to be.
2. Licence to deal in used vehicles. Used Car trading licence is no. 541310804700. Not all exporters are actually licensed.
2. SASTRAD operates its own vehicle yard. Container loading, body work, painting and mechanical work all happen at the same location. There is no outsourcing of any of these services.
3. Auction access to 93 auctions. Auction memberships include USS, JU and CAA auctions. Most exporters do not have their own direct auction memberships.
4. A third-party auction website that has all 93 auctions we can buy from. Its simple and easy to use, and available to every client. Most exporters pick the car they sell. At SASTRAD, the client picks the car they want; they are in control.
4. Our website is registered with the Aichi Prefectural Police Safety Commission. This guarantees a level of integrity in what we claim to be as a company.
5. The owner takes care of client needs directly. Large exporters have a large and changing sales staff. One of the main points of new clients is to know who they will deal with. At SASTRAD, clients always deal with the same person.
6. All shipping logistics are handled by SASTRAD. Getting the vehicle from Japan to the client`s home port, or even to their door, is something we do on a daily basis. We have shipping agreements to make the price of shipping cheaper. This can only be achieved by dealing in volume shipping. Saving money on shipping is a wonderful point for our clients!
6. With all our services, our fee is still better than most exporters who provide less than us. And, we provide clients with a clear invoice outlining costs. We tell clients before they commit to purchasing if there are any extra costs.
