Steven (Steve) Smith
President SASTRAD KK
Steve has been involved with car exporting for many years before starting SASTRAD. He started the company because he likes dealing with cars and people. Steve has over a decade of automotive industry experience with General Motors and BMW in Canada, as well as Honda Motors in Tokyo. Steve graduated from York University (Glendon College) in Toronto, Mount Allison University in New Brunswick and received his Masters degree from University of Edinburgh. Steve participates in the Scottish Highland games, plays rugby and street hockey with the Canadian Society (TJCS) in Nagoya. He is an avid fan of history, reading non-fiction, and video games. He loves to spend his free time with his lovely wife, very active son and daughter.

Rie Ando
SASTRAD Office Manager
Rie is our go-to person for everything administrative. She keeps Steve organized as best as she can, but its not easy. While there is much more to praise Rie about, she is shy about her many accomplishments. A seasoned office professional, Rie brings many talents to SASTRAD to keep the office moving smoothly.

Barbara assists Rie in all administrative tasks. Fluent in 3 languages, Barbara deals with Japanese and English translation. Moreover, Barbara works with in Portuguese for our other staff members. Barbara works to coordinate our shipping, logistics and administrative tasks for our client purchases.

Ino is a multi-talented person who goes the extra mile to please our Philippine clients. Ino is a sales and marketing specialist and has represented many large-name brands in The Philippines before joining SASTRAD. Ino is located in Manilia and Angeles.

George is SASTRAD's man of many talents; Fluent in both Japanese and Portuguese, George handles all yard tasks including welding, auto painting, and auto electronics. He is our go-to guy for any problem we run into at the yard. On his off-time George is spends as much time studying English and playing with his daughter.
